Winning consistently at online poker is not difficult if you develop basic skills.  RailPoker is always trying to help our players become better poker players with poker tips, strategies, charts and other easy to understand and valuable information.  Every month RailPoker sends all of its players a RailLetter that contains useful information that will help you develop good strategies and techniques so that you too can become a long-term winner.  You will begin receiving your RailLetter by either completing the form below or opening an account on RailPoker.

Make Sure You Get Your RailLetter!

Once you have completed the form above to receive your monthly RailLetter, please check your inbox for an email confirmation from us.  If you don't see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder, junk folder or bulk mail folder to be sure it hasn't been mistakenly marked as spam.  Many email filters will automatically put many of your emails into a junk folder. To make sure that you receive your monthly RailLetter, just add playerbenefits@myrailpoker.com to your address book so that you can be sure to receive the RailLetter every month.

Take a minute to put playerbenefits@myrailpoker.com in your email address book and you too will be well on the way to becoming a winning poker player!

Adding our email address to your contacts folder is the best way to ensure that you will receive your RailLetter each month. Below are some additional steps you can take with your personal email service provider or email client to ensure you receive the RailLetter.

AOL

To ensure that our domain and any email addresses coming from "myrailpoker.com", are not blocked by your spam filter:

  1. Click the Mail menu and select "spam folder".
  2. Wait for the "AOL Mail" window to pop up, then click the spam controls link in the lower right-hand corner.
  3. Wait for the "AOL spam Controls" window to load.
  4. Make sure that you are allowing mail from all users, or if you are using a custom sender list, please select that.
  5. Make sure that addresses ending in "myrailpoker.com" and the domain "myrailpoker.com" are not in the blocked list. Remove them by selecting the line, and clicking the "Remove" button.

If you are using AOL Web Mail, follow these steps:

  1. After you log in to your web mail account, click on Settings in the top right corner
  2. Click on spam Controls
  3. Make sure that you are allowing mail from all users, or select custom, click on "allow mail from" and the domain "myrailpoker.com" to your allowed list.
  4. Make sure that addresses ending in "myrailpoker.com" and the domain "myrailpoker.com" are not in the blocked list. Remove them by selecting the line, and clicking the "Remove" button
  5. Once you have added "myrailpoker.com" to your allowed list or removed it from the blocked list, be sure to click the save button near the top.

Gmail by Google

Because Gmail does not currently offer a safe list or a way to filter email back to your inbox, the best way to ensure you receive the RailLetter is to add our email address (playerbenefits@myrailpoker.com) to your contacts folder. Additionally, you can also check to see if a confirmation email from us has been mistakenly marked as spam:

  1. Click spam along the left side of any Google Gmail page.
  2. Check mark the box next to our e-mail.
  3. Click Not spam button along the top.

Windows Live Hotmail

You will need to add our domain, "myrailpoker.com", to your Windows Live / Hotmail Safe List:

  1. Open your Windows Live Hotmail mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner).
  2. Look for the heading Junk e-mail and click on the link for safe and blocked senders
  3. Select "Safe senders"
  4. Type "myrailpoker.com" into the text box under "Sender or domain to mark as safe."
  5. Click the "Add to list " button next to the dialog box.

Mozilla Thunderbird

You will need to set up a filter to mark emails coming from our domain, "myrailpoker.com", as not junk:

  1. Click the Tools menu and select "Message filters".
  2. Click the "New" button.
  3. Select the "Match any of the following" option.
  4. Select "From" in the first drop-down.
  5. Select "Contains" in the second drop-down.
  6. Copy and paste "myrailpoker.com" into the text box.
  7. In the "Perform these actions" list, select "Set Junk Status to" in the first drop-down.
  8. Select "Not Junk" in the second drop-down.
  9. Click the "OK" button.

Outlook 2003

To add our domain, "myrailpoker.com", to your Outlook Safe Senders list, do the following:

  1. On the Outlook Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Outlook Preferences tab, click Junk Email.
  3. On the Outlook Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  4. In the Outlook Add address, enter our domain, "myrailpoker.com" Click OK.

Yahoo

You will need to set up a filter to redirect our e-mail into your inbox:

  1. Open your Yahoo mailbox and click on Mail Options (upper right hand corner).
  2. Select Filters from the left column.
  3. Click the link for create or edit filters on the right side of the page.
  4. Click the Add button on the Filters page.
  5. Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and "myrailpoker.com".
  6. Click the Choose Folder pull down menu and select inbox.
  7. Click the Add Filter button on the bottom left of the screen.

Other Email Programs

If your email service provider or email client isn't listed above, the instructions for unblocking our address or adding us to your safe list will depend on the specific e-mail program you are using. Please access the program's help files, instruction manual or contact customer support to ask how to do this. In most cases, adding our domain, "myrailpoker.com", to your allowed list or our email address (playerbenefits@myrailpoker.com) to your contacts will be all you need to do to ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox.
